Enable Hard Drive Spindown in Dell Latitude Laptop in Ubuntu Hardy

I got hard drive idle auto spin down working with Ubuntu/Kubuntu Hardy on an old Dell Latitude laptop by running:

sudo /etc/init.d/laptop-mode start
sudo laptop_mode enable
